- Original, valid and signed passport with minimum 2 blank visa-designated pages valid for at least 6 months after the exit date from Russia.
- Two signed copies of completed Russian visa application form.
- A passport-sized photograph signed on the reverse side.
- Russian embassy Visa entitlement certificate (IZVESHENIYE) from the local FMS in Russia (must be original)
- Copies of detail pages the of passport showing the following details:
- Full Name
- Address
- Passport number
- Date of birth
- Date of arrival & exit in Russia
Transit Russian Visa requirements
- Original, valid and signed passport with minimum 2 blank visa-designated pages valid for at least 6 months after the exit date from Russia.

- Mention all countries you visited in last 10 years and specify their visit date

- Then enter the miscellaneous information that relates to your close relatives, current employment, and present residence address.
- The last step is to fill appointment details after which you will get done with your Russian visa application form
